“Not only do I now eat healthier, but I also save money with homemade healthy food. My habits in the supermarket have changed, too: It’s no longer difficult for me not to put the tempting unhealthy products in my shopping cart. Now, when doing groceries, I look at other people’s carts and see how unaware they are. Now, I can see what I wasn’t able to see before. When having unhealthy food (which I used to love) while traveling I thought there was nothing healthy about it and I wondered how parents can give this to their children. I realize I don’t want to eat unhealthy food anymore not only to lose weight but also because I know how this is detrimental to my health on different levels. Plus, I want to be a role model for my kids. The coaching was eye-opening for me.”
