What you will learn in NIARIA's Mindful Eating Challenge

  • Raising awareness of eating behaviour: Recognising the difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger
  • Step by step towards healthier eating habits: Identifying emotional triggers and understanding the reasons behind your own emotional hunger thus moving from emotional eating to conscious eating
  • Feeling better and losing weight: By eating consciously, you automatically eat less and/or consciously choose a healthier option, which can lead you to better well-being and potentially even weight loss 
  • Encouragement: If you stick with it for 21 days, you will realise that you can do it after all, you will feel success, both mentally and physically

Before the challenge starts:

With her Asian roots and scientific background as an engineer, she studied the impact of food on our bodies. Over the years, she explored more about the connection between body, mind and soul.

While bringing her somatic experiences into her work, she emphasises on the communication between body and mind and vice versa.

Now, as a nutritionist & holistic health coach, her mission is to help women reclaim their physical and mental health in the most natural and sustainable way possible.
