The recipes of this cookbook are not only healthy and delicious but they are inspired by the Southeast Asian cuisine in many places. For those who fear exotic ingredients, there is a list of easily accessible alternatives.

The dishes are free from table sugar, meat, gluten, and dairy. Most recipes are plant-based (though not all vegan) and organized by protein sources: legumes, tofu, fish & seafood. There are curry dishes, Buddha bowls,  stir-fry or tapa dishes, and fresh salad ideas.

Indications for servings, time for preparation, and difficulty help you with your choice. In addition to space for notes at the end of the book, there is also space for notes on each recipe.
