This is Linh, the face behind NIARIA
born and raised in a Vietnamese family in Berlin, she spotted quite some remarkable differences between the two cultures she grew up with.
With her Asian roots and scientific background as an engineer, she studied the impact of food on our bodies. Over the years, she explored more about the connection between body, mind and soul.
As a nutritionist & holistic health coach, she emphasises on the communication between body and mind and vice versa. Her mission is to help women reclaim their physical and mental health in the most natural and sustainable way possible.

This is Karla,
theater artist, meditation teacher and energy healer. Her own healing journey has led her to the discovery of somatic therapy, vital expressive movement, and the study of the energetic body field, including the importance of the co-regulation of the nervous system and understanding of emotions.
Karla has created her own unique therapeutic space, 1-on-1 sessions, and meditation classes to reconnect mind, body and spirit, facilitating deep healing processes.
